Boho Wedding Dress Help!

Jenna, on January 10, 2024 at 3:48 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 7
I am probably the most indecisive bride when it comes to dresses. The one on the right was custom ordered from Etsy I love it but it doesn't feel flattering on me or very bridal because it is technically a maternity photoshoot dress and I don't like the squared off train. The one on the left i just purchased and I've actually wanted the dress from the beginning when I saw it on Pinterest but it was out of my price range when I was looking on the designer site. I found it on Amazon and it was less than the dress I ordered from Etsy. I feel like it's so boho and bridal and I love the train and the back of the dress. My wedding is going to be on the beach in May in Florida so it's going to be very hot. Something I notice with the dress I originally ordered it gets very hot very fast because of the material and it's heavy. The one I ordered from Amazon is alot cooler and it's mesh. I'm really in need of opinions on which of these dresses is more flattering on me. Don't mind my editing job on these pictures I wanted to get an idea for what I would look like the day of. You win with either dress but the rounded train gives the edge to the dress on the left.

They’re both lovely on you. It sounds like you like the one on the left more, even if it’ll run warm. Can you change your date or at least a cooler time? I can’t imagine wearing either in the FL heat. 🥵

It's actually alot cooler than the original because of the material because it's all mesh.

Unlike the others, i'm feeling the one on the right much more! Looks more 3D whereas the left one seems a bit cheaper(?) and the textures don't really pop. Maybe photos don't do it justice-- trust your gut!

I love the one on the right for a beach wedding! It's super boho and just captures that aesthetic perfectly. I agree with PP about the fabric on the other (left) dress. I've seen the original designer version of this dress a hundred times, and the applique/lace details are more abundant and "fill in" the dress more. The one you have pictured has a lot more space between the applique details, which is what is giving it that "cheaper" feel PP is referring to.

I think if you are still questioning the dresses, then you haven't found "the one" yet. I would keep looking for that perfect boho dress you KNOW is the one!

I personally prefer the one on the right, but what matters is what you love and feel like a bride in!

I think both are very flattering and beautiful. why don't you wear both though and do an outfit change. like the left one for the ceremony (more romantic) and the right one for the reception/party (fun and flirty with the shorter train and flowy arms)
