Still having trouble finding a black owned businesses for my wedding planning. Any suggestions? I've tried typing it in and nothing comes up

I too was going crazy looking for black owned businesses. You're better off googling them. That's what I had to go. Even if they aren't on wedding wire they're some great options out there.

Hi Cara. My partial-planner is Dominican- American and based in Boston. We happily brought him in for our NYC wedding. I'm not sure if he identifies as Black American. Joel Parra of Just Planned Events. Best wishes!

This is a very late response, but just in case anyone else peeks in this thread with a similar question. ShopBlackCT.com is a great resource, there are over 2,000 CT based black owned businesses listed and you can search by category or town. It's a legitimate and vetted website.
