You mean should you blindly follow something on social media that has no relevance to you, your friends, or your life?


If this is for real there are all kind of reasons why even a good friend might miss a birthday. Please.

Never heard of this. Most wedding advice on Tiktok should not be followed because it is anti etiquette and anti guest comfort. This type of behavior is only followed by the mean girls from grade school who transitioned to adult bullies. Real friends don’t treat each other like this, and some people choose to not celebrate birthdays as adults.

Neutral on the birthday rule. But if you sent someone a save the date, you should send them an invitation.
