Best Clip-in Hair Extensions?

Krystyn, on March 10, 2018 at 10:02 AM Posted in Hair and Makeup 1 12

I've never used clip-in hair extensions and I am planning on purchasing some for my wedding day to add volume. However, there are so many different brands out there that I have no idea which is best. I have read a lot up on Luxy, Foxy Locks, and Sally's Euronext. So I'm looking for any advice on a brand that is full enough, comfortable, and not noticeable?!

Is your HMUA able to recommend someone or a brand? I just decided to add extensions and mine was able to send me contact info for people who make extensions

I’ve always used hair extensions from Sally’s. I always cut and dyed mine to make them blend better with my natural hair.

Just an FYI , if you plan on doing anything with them other than leaving them straight( ie, curling them) make sure you get human hair. I know nothing of extensions and didn’t even know there was a difference until I went to my hair trial this past week and they couldn’t do anything for me because the ones I had were synthetic. Now I’m also looking for new ones.

I got mine from Cashmere hair, they had the perfect color match. They were comfortable for most of the day. I got tons of compliments on my hair, no one realized they were extensions until I told them. I mainly used them to get more fullness.

I've heard a lot of good things about that brand! Did you buy the classic ones or the seamless ones?

    Thanks!

The seamless ones didn’t exist back when I purchased my first set, but I’ll be purchasing the seamless set for the wedding because my hair color is different now. I could dye the old ones, but I want to try the seamless haha.

I've used Donna Bella Hair for about four years now. I prefer their full head clip in which can be found here: https://donnabellahair.com/collections/hair-extensions-catalog-full-head-clip-in-hair-extensions-23-1-html

I got a seamless clip-in hair extension from Perfect Locks. The good thing is that they are made from real human hair, so you could get a natural appearance. Aside from that, clip-ins are easy to use. I would always recommend it to my friends. Just in case you want to check, you can Google it.
