Beach micro wedding

I am trying to find a beach front property (rental home) that would allow us to have a small dinner party after oir ceremony and possibly music for 30 people. (Only 8 people would actually stay in the house before and after the wedding). We want to get married on a beach with a small celebration to follow. Any and all suggestions are welcomed as I am lost!
