Beach Bachelorette Party in April Ideas

Alyssa, on October 3, 2019 at 8:47 AM Posted in Parties and Events 0 4
Hi all - I need some help gathering beach bachelorette party ideas for April. I live in Boston but will have to travel out of the northeast since it will be pretty cold here still. Ideally I’d like to rent an air bnb to house all girls (8-9 including me) and be near a beach. I’d rather have a laidback weekend where we just go to the beach all day and then come back to the air bnb and play board games and gossip all night (Im not a casino or night club gal). I’m pretty lenient on location (US or Caribbean). If you’ve attended a bachelorette like this in the past, I’d love to hear your suggestions!

I would definitely do Florida! So many beaches to choose from: Clear Water, Marco Island, Anna Maria Island, Bonita springs, Miami, key west. You could always try renting a house in the outer banks but I’m not sure how warm the water will be then!

Thanks! I’m looking into Clearwater Beach and it looks amazing! If anyone has flown into Tampa, I’d love to hear how you got to Clearwater (taxi, shuttle, Uber, rent a car)?

We went to Palm Springs in May for my bachelorette party. The weather was beautiful (not too hot yet) but still super warm. We had the best time!

You can fly into Tampa, or into our smaller local airport PIE that may be cheaper if they have flights from where you are coming from. Just Uber or Taxi to the beach area. Once at the beach there you can get around by walking, bike lift (cart on back of biker), Uber or Free Beach Rides Golf carts.

Depending on your budget....Top end Sand Pearl or Opal Sands, party place Shepard's, economy, stay on the gulf side vs the beach side there are plenty of spots.
There are a few rooftop bars to hop. We love the live music area of Shepard's vs the club. The beach is fun and busy most of the year. Sunset happenings around the pier are nice. We recently booked a private boat charter with Captain Randy. There are so many fun boatable spots in the area here, private islands with Caribbean like water or motor to some pubs or Tarpon Springs for the day. We had a an awesome time, it certainly would be a good option for a memorable day. Good luck in your planning. Let me know if you need more suggestions from a local.
