Bahamas honeymoon??

Jessica, on March 11, 2012 at 1:38 PM Posted in Honeymoon 0 17

Any recommendations for an all-inclusive Bahamas honeymoon?

Anyone have reviews on "Breezes" resort in Bahamas?....Our budge is under 3000 with airfare

Sandals seems too expensive...

Thanks for any advice

Jessica, if you are looking for all inclusive resorts the Bahamas may not be the best place to look. Have you considered other places in the caribbean?

    Thanks for the website Detras...

    Hi Date twin!

I don't see the Bahamas Wyndham as all-inclusive on the website...

    Breezes is all-inclusive

What other places would you recommend in the Bahamas for all-inclusive?

Both all inclusive. Actually, on cheap caribbean I saw a deal for the wyndham. But it all depended on where you are leaving from. Still, it was in your budget.

I might recommend the RIU Palace Paradise Island over Breezes. Although it might not fit the budget exactly but it will be less than Sandals. I find Breezes to be more of a "spring break" type of resort than a "honeymoon" resort. And Bahamas is an expensive vacation for all-inclusive regardless of which resort you choose. If you are open to other options your money will go farther elsewhere IMO.

I wouldnt know, we spent just over $5000 for the Atlantis resort and that didnt include a meal plan because we wanted to eat a bunch of different places not just the resort...the meal plan wouldve been an extra 1100

We are taking a cruise on Royal Caribbean and getting married in the Bahamas. But the advantage of cruises are you get to visit more than one place and all meals are included and entertainment. The price is cheap too!

Thank you for all of the advice and information... I priced the RIU place and it is 2200 for just the hotel/all inclusive... the flight is probably **** on top of that... We can't do that... I wish we could

@Island gal... the spring break crowd wouldn't be there in June would they?

My client is currently staying at the Wyndam Nassau and is loving every moment there; hotel is on the beach, there is also a pool

No, you won't have the spring break crowd there at that time. I just meant the overall vibe of the resort. Very active, lots going on, and basic. I think they maintain it like a spring break resort too (meaning not very well).

Sandals. All you’re paying for is the name like any name brand there are others the offers the same or better services for less. This thread is still helpful 8years later Smiley tongue
