One of my really good friends, who I mentioned in a previous post is getting married at the end of this month. She's also expecting a baby! She tokd ne that she was considering the name EMERALD for a girl, but that many of her family members told her it sounded like a name for an adult content enterainer! What are yout thoughts on this?

What are your favorite nanes for a girl, boy or both?
Any other expecting brides on here? Is the stress twice as heavy with both wedding and baby?

I don’t have any experience with this yet, but one of my bridesmaids has mentioned that they aren’t “trying to have a baby” but also “don’t care if they do” and I feel like they might end up in a similar predicament where they’re trying to tackle planning for a wedding and a child. I personally don’t think Emerald sounds like an adult entertainer at all, but I also love really unique names.

A friend of mine recently got a new puppy named.... Emerald! So honestly a puppy is what I think of when I hear that name. Adult entertainment, not so much. I think it's a pretty name.
