Aruba Honeymoon

EGD, on August 31, 2021 at 10:59 AM Posted in Honeymoon 3 4

Any suggestions for an all inclusive resort in Aruba for our honeymoon?

Neither of us have ever been out of the country, the only place we ever vacation to is Orlando and I'm looking for something more tropical.

My cousins often go to Aruba but always just do an Airbnb which I don't want, I'd prefer something all inclusive so we don't have to really worry about anything and can truly just relax.

Ideally would like Aruba, but open to other tropical paradises as well Smiley smile

Me and hubby were considering Aruba for our honeymoon as well (we are actually going there on our cruise!) but when we were looking at Aruba exclusively, the one resort that stuck out was the Renaissance. If you want to have the private island with the flamingos, this is the place. For some reason, Aruba is known for flamingos, but they aren't native to the island-and this is the only place in the country to go see them. You can stay at the resort and go to to the island unlimited times, or buy a day pass if you stay elsewhere.

FH and I are about 99% decided on Aruba for our honeymoon. He has been before but I have not. His grandparents had a timeshare at one of the resorts for like 20 years, so we are thinking of staying at the same place. It is two different all inclusive resorts called the Divi and the Tamarijn that are part of the same complex. I think the Divi is the more condo like resort (this is where the timeshare was) and the Tamarijn is more of a hotel. They have several restaurants and bars on the property as well as a beach and pools.
