Long story short, we were scheduled to get married in May 2nd at Secrets Capri, but we now have to cancel due to the Dept of Defense issuing travel bans for the next 60 days (this effects my fiancé, most of the bridal party and most of my immediate family). None of them are allowed to travel, period. I don’t know how we’d be able to reschedule everything for 2020 at this point given everyone’s schedules, the fact we don’t know when the ban will be lifted, and my brother’s wedding already scheduled for Oct 2020 in FL (all of the family is traveling for this). The resort isn’t willing to work with us at all, unless we reschedule for 2020, and we have to tell them by March 31st.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone have any contact info for AMResorts or Secrets Corporate in the US?
