Well, we realized we have to pull the trigger and postpone our wedding. Thank god we had a Plan B for December, so the whole thing was pretty easy, but it really got me when our countdown jumped from 45 days back up to over 200 days!
I’m trying to see the positive (December weddings are beautiful), but it’s really hard, because FH and I are separated physically due to the whole pandemic. I’m stuck in Germany and he is already in the US. As a fiancé I do not count as immediate family and can’t enter the US and we are getting close to 3 months of being apart. At this point the postponement makes us sad, but is nothing compared to the fact that we can’t be together.
Sorry for the rant, but I really had to get this out. Hope you are all doing well!
