Anniversary Celebration

OMG --- ONE YEAR married!!! I just can't believe it - it seems like just yesterday. SUCH an amazing day. All the planning and anxiety was soooo worth it all. We are going out to dinner tonight - hubby won't tell me where, so super fun. This whole day will be one long trip down memory lane. we will be heading to Disney in a couple of days to continue the celebration.

What has everyone else done for their anniversary?

    Happy anniversary, and beautiful photo!! That first year goes by quick, doesn't it? I love that you're doing a trip down memory lane for your anniversary celebration!


    For our first anniversary, my husband planned out our day (we agreed that he plans our anniversary for odd years, and I plan it for even years). We started our day with coffee made from the last bag of coffee beans that we had bought in Costa Rica on our honeymoon, ate the top tier of our wedding cake, went to lunch at our venue's restaurant, went for a hike, watched the raw footage from our wedding videographer, and went to dinner at a restaurant in our town. We're coming up on our second anniversary this summer!

    We’re planning a slightly delayed anniversary trip, as a good friend is getting married at Disney two months after our first anniversary. 🙂 For the day of, it’ll probably be just dinner and hoping the top tier of our cake will still taste okay!

    Love the pictures! It looks like you guys had a fantastic time! I was going to ask if hubby enjoys Disney also, or if he just goes because he knows how much you love it. But judging from his shirt in the last photo, I’m guessing he’s a Disney fan too.

    I created a monster LOLOLOL Believe it or not, he never even went to Disney before meeting me. 😆 Now we are Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club owners.
