My fiancé and I are looking to go to Anna Maria Island for our honeymoon. Where did you stay? What we’re some things that are must do’s? We are not looking at anything super luxurious. We found a place called Tortuga Inn Beach, so if you have ever stayed there please leave a review of it! Thank you guys so much!

WE ARE HAVING OUR WEDDING AND RECEPTION ON ANNA MARIA ISLAND!!! (Beach House Waterfront Restaurant)
This is the hotel my FH booked for our wedding night. It is on Longboat Key, about 12 minutes south of Anna Maria - but on the same island. Zota
There really isn't a whole ton of things to do besides beach time or water stuff on the island. However, if you drive about 25-ish minutes south on the main road (seriously, only one main road on the island) you will come to St. Armand's Circle - lots of cool kitschy shops here and good restaurants - some pricey, some not. St. Armands
Bradenton is just east over the bridge from Anna Maria. You could look there for things to do. I can tell you a whole TON of fun stuff to do/see in Sarasota - feel free to reach out and I'll be glad to share.
