All Inclusive Wedding in Nj/west pa under $20,000 ($130-$150pp) (130-150 people)

Hi All,

At this point I have contacted well over 30 venues and am losing confidence that this can be done.

Requirement:

- Under $20,000

- 150 people can cut to 130 possibly.

- Open Bar

- All Inclusive (e.g. linens, cake, etc.)

So I am looking for $130-$150 per person tax, and service included!

Venue Style Preference

- Modern, Minimalist, Museums, Mansions, Non-Profits, etc.

- North NJ preferred

- Indoors preferred

- Date Saturday Fall 2023.

- Cant do Farms/Barns, or "Rug" floored venues

The Graycliff would be a good example here, unfortunately the rug situation was too much to handle for the bride.

Any suggestions!

    Hello,

My suggestion is to check out other days and times. I recommend checking out a Friday, Thursday, and Sunday evening or even thinking about having your event in the afternoon.

If you like a venue, give them your budget and ask them what days and times your budget could work there. I would also recommend seeing if you can eliminate some menu items to bring the cost down to where you would like to be.

I worked at a venue in NJ and our Saturday night pricing was well over $30,000. If someone wanted to be in the $15,000-$20,000 price range, I would offer a Saturday/Sunday afternoon or a Thursday night. Also, October is one of the most popular months to get married. I would recommend checking out prices for July/August, and January/Feb/March.

    Good Luck!!
