Hi Christina! What kind of price range are you looking for? And are you grouping the venue and food & booze costs, or catering separately?

The New England Carousel Museum and Roseland Cottage both have really affordable rental rates, but catering is not included.

I'm taking your heading to mean you do not want a caterer included because you want to do your own food? In that case, I'd suggest Webb Barn in Wethersfield. It's a beautiful location and you do everything yourself, so they allow outside caterers. You only have to pay the site fee I believe. Other options might be state parks that allow weddings, like Gillette's Castle, and see if they allow you to bring in an outside caterer. I also believe Wickham Park in Manchester allows outside vendors for food.
