So I have started looking at jewelry options but am struggling to decide because the colors of the wedding are red, white, and gold, but my wedding ring/engagement ring are both white gold. So I can't decide on what color to go with for my earrings/necklace/tiara. Would love some opinions! My dress is ivory is that makes a difference.

Mixing metals is done all the time. No one but you will notice. Also your dress color doesn't make a difference which metal you go with. Wear what you love most.

White gold, silver, gold, rose gold - it will all look good!! Like Michelle said, mixing metals is really popular (and most people won't even notice!)
My dress was "oyster" (very off-white) with gold and silver beading, my ring is platinum, and my jewelry was yellow gold with lots of sparkle:
