We’re getting married the same day! I woke up this morning around the time I would be heading to our sunrise ceremony and couldn’t stop smiling. My stress levels are good, but I had a rough couple weeks before reaching this point. My next two weeks look pretty busy, but I’ve also penciled in time to myself to relax and unwind and not focus on wedding stuff. I’m focusing on the things I can control and not stressing about all the little things no one but me will care about anyways. Make sure you pamper yourself a little, and take a breather to just enjoy the last weeks of your engagement!

That's such good advice. Unfortunately I don't really have the time. After tomorrow I work 2 off 1 work 5 then I only have the rehearsal dinner day.

I totally understand, but I encourage you to find a few minutes where you can. Self care can be as simple as taking a few minutes to do a face mask or hand mask for those ring pictures 😉. I also like to meditate, and there are apps that will guide you through a short relaxation if that would help, even just five minutes is enough. I also lean on my FH a lot when I get anxious. He’s a night worker and we tend to live on two different schedules, but even just being able to cuddle for a few minutes helps. It’s going to be a beautiful day!

I agree with PP. self care is important especially right before your wedding. Read a book, take a hot bath, a long walk or something else that relaxes you. And try not to stress about that little things. Congratulations!

Make a "night before" and "day of" checklist. Be sure the "day of" has approximate times written down so you don't fall behind.

On the day of, a mixed drink or two helps a LOT while you're getting ready. But also have something solid in your stomachSmiley smile And if you go that route, set a limit on shots so you don't get sloppy. Lol

Remind yourself you are prepared. As prepared as you can be! And that you've worked your butt off planning and organizing.

Self care. Go on a DATE with FH!
And mostly, stop stressing. It is what it is. Roll with it at this point!
