I have not been stressed up until yesterday...
1. Sister potentially can't make it to rehearsal or dinner because of her softball coaches strict attendance policy that has limited exceptions. Hoping the coach decides to let her leave early and/or skip practice all together this one time for her sisters wedding lol.
2. One of our musicians can't make it to rehearsal since he's my cousin and lives 2.5 hours away and is still in HS. Luckily his dad is going to record him playing the one song he's doing so that we can at least get timing down.
3. Jr bridesmaid and her mom can't make it to rehearsal or dinner because they're doing a spring break trip to Hawaii and get back late the 19th/early morning day before the wedding.
4. We're doing all of our own bouquets to save money and I realized that our flowers don't come in until 10am the day before the wedding and our entire day is booked like crazy running all over getting last minute rental items & decorating venues. Have an email into them to see if I can pick it up evening before so we can do flowers friday AM around 7 instead of staying up until 11pm the night before the wedding lol
5. Two of our groomsmen are spring breaking in Florida and get back the 19th. Let's pray no blizzards in Wisconsin that day so they can make it to everything lol.
6. Shame on me, but didn't realize we only have ceremony location for 3 hours. Ended up deciding to pay an extra $100 to have an extra hour (so we have it for 4 hours). Glad I found it out now though as opposed to ON the wedding day lol.
But to focus on the positives...
1. My dad & step mom are an absolute blessing. They are going to pick up our cakes with FH the day before (around 10am so they can be to our reception venue around noon), pick up our flowers from our house the DAY OF at 10am to get them to our reception & ceremony venues by 10:45-11am, and they're coordinating our rehearsal dinner so we can all just eat and go finish up any last minute DIYs.
2. Our rehearsal dinner caterer is also amazing. Great food and she let me change our initial numbers of how many are attending since we had so many people last minute decline (which amounted to about $200 worth of food...not gonna let my dad lose out on that money.)
3. MOST of our wedding party will be at the rehearsal. Everyone (aside from sister & jr bridesmaid) are planning on coming and got off of work. So for the people who can't come, their "partner" will at least know what to do and can guide them.
4. Two of my other sisters are my personal attendants and are just amazing. They are willing to run around and make sure everything is set up correctly & that everything is going as planned.
5. Cousin is a blessing. He's bringing his truck to the wedding so he can grab our wedding arch after ceremony and take it to reception so we have a place for guests to take photos under.
Sorry for the long list. Just had to get all that out there. It's slowly coming together at least! 11 days and the chaos is over lol. Just ready to be married!!
